Cocoa Housing Authority has converted Public Housing to Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) & Low Income Housing Tax Credit(LIHTC).

There are two property locations:
Pineda Village
Cocoa Sunrise Terrace

You may pick up an application for housing at Cocoa Housing Authority, located at 828 Stone Street, Cocoa, Florida 32922, or you may contact us by telephone, and an application will be mailed to you.
