The wait on each list varies, and it is impossible to give an amount of time. It is best that you ask this question at the time you complete your application so we can try to give you an estimated answer based on where your application or name is on the waiting list.

Pineda Village, Cocoa Sunrise Terrace and the regular Section 8 waiting lists are currently closed.

Our Section 8 Mainstream Voucher program waiting list is open strictly on a referral basis from our local Brevard County, Florida supportive services partners.
