Welcome to the Cocoa Housing Authority ("CHA") where we provide quality affordable housing to low- and moderate-income families. CHA provides a stable foundation and opportunities for growth and development in a living environment free of discrimination. We believe that by fostering strong communities and promoting resident self-sufficiency we help improve the lives of the families we serve.

CHA provides housing in the City of Cocoa through the Project Based Rental Assistance/LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher programs.
