Effective July 1, 2018,  as required by the
Department of Housing and Urban Development: Cocoa Housing Authority will have a No-Smoking Policy that bans smoking in all of its dwelling structures and on the property.

We are looking for Housing Choice Voucher Landlords  (Section 8).  We are seeking owners who would like to list their property with us.  Please contact us at 321-636-8535.

HCCP Housing Property Manager

The Cocoa Housing Authority is seeking an HCCP Housing Property Manager. Hiring Range: $38,000-$50,000. Housing Credit Certified Professional Certification required. Clerical Position

The Cocoa Housing Authority is seeking individuals with clerical experience to assist in day-to-day operations. Job duties may include clerical support, answering telephones, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, working with children and resident services. Starting pay is $8.10 per hour. If you are interested, please visit the office at 828 Stone Street between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, to complete an employment application.
